What Should a Co Be Spending Most of Their Time Doing?

For an early company, it's going to be building. A second is hiring. And then third, making sure that you don't run out of money. For a late stage company, it gets away more complicated. You need not fight with your co founder, because that'll slow everything down. The one thing i would advocate is being willing to re-start and pivot within the same start up period.
