Do You Have Time for One More Idea?

A lot of immigrants who moved from India Pakistan Sri Lanka Southeast Asia just wherever have families back home and often those are elderly parents with possibly a limited family support structure back home. In these cultures there's often a big emphasis on kind of caring for your elderly parents so they can't really look after their parents how they want to in the UK US Canada etc. The solution is essentially a kind of what I think is like a subscription service so say a doctor or someone comes to your parents every month they kind of check up on them see how their health's doing maybe do some basic checks and then write up a report that comes back to you.
