Confidence in Conflict Management

Do you regard yourself as confident or is that something you work on? I often say to people that many years ago when I was a young worker we went through a course where we did the MysBriggs personality assessment. When I got my results I was in the introvert side and I understand that because I'm very comfortable on my own and with my own company.
