Russia seems to definitely not have that when it comes to understanding ukrane's intent. They didn't have the kind of warning that would have given them a week or two of notice, sure. The russian military intelligence completely bluw this. And they had spent he last two months aimlessly trying to push ukranian lines east ofa savens ret in the donbas and in the southern part of donbas. I mean, it ws just its jst a failure.
