Ben-Gevir's Anger and Fear in the Israeli Psyche

Ben-Gevir argues that the Jewish state is not protecting Jews in the land of Israel. The Israelis have endured one off loan wolf style attacks, ginned up by social media a few years ago. There's also no empathy for the fate of stateless Palestinians who are not citizens of Israel. And it's easy to sit in judgment of the state of Israel when you don't have the burden of making life and death decisions for those people.
