The Drama of Immigration Reform in Japan
The immigration reform bill that sparked all that drama was passed by the upper house on June 9th. Two people had minor injuries in the scuffle, but no one has been disciplined so far. Gabriela says Japanese media are sort of used to this and so it's the Japanese population at large as well.
