For the last 25 years, when you look at the figures, I think we've been adding about 170,000 households a year. And we have been building something like 190,000. So if we had the same rate of growth of dwellings as we did at households from around 2000, yeah, we'd have half a million fewer houses than what we actually built. That's my sort of adjusted total. Dwellings minus households, yeah. There are around 10 million households in Australia. Point one. What am I? What am I up to? The dividing 10 million by half. Anyway.
