The Importance of Knowledge in Explainable AI

If a dashboard is supposed to answer what or when type questions, you can make a pretty strong argument that that really the outcome of that should just be an automation. And so it's an interesting exercise. Next time you look at a dashboard, maybe keeping the back of your head like what, what am I going to do about that? Right.
