How Do You Talk About Complex Topics in Public?

I love these conversations. They are good fun. And I think not a lot of these conversations are had publicly. That is something that you need to do over time, over a long period of time. It's everyone's tonality, in society needs to shift to processes rather than objectives. But it's hard to do because a lot of people can't conceptualize what that means. We have a solution, but the solution is extremely challenging.
