How Does Law Affect the Long Term Future?
Three quarters of law professors think that the law can predictibly and feasibly influence the long term future, defined as a hundred plus years from now. The ones which perform best were constitutional law and environmental law. But strikingly, and i think this is one of the funniest results, is that environmental law performed even better than law as a whole. I speculate that this may be related to the conjunction fallacy, where people overestimate the likelihood of somewore specific events. It's go pecto canman and teskiven.
