Doudid: I was not qualified to interview ctocause i didn't understand enough about backin technology at the time. So i did something kind of funny, i posted a listing seeking cto and that was the headline,. seeking citio, something along those lines. And he responded. Of all the people who responded, he was virtually the only qualified one. Doudid: More than anything, i got incredibly lucky, cause i really didn't know how to go through a proper hiring process. But it's worked beautifully, and were were happily ever after.
