How Many Times Did It Take You to Develop the Recipe?

Ad, i suppose in a way, you sort of want to get it so rigt. So when i was asked for rite roast chicken for the agazine, that was kind of like ok, i have to nail this a and o dot ae messed too much with a classic. You say a few times. How many, exactly? Do you remember how many times it took? I'm going to say, actually, maybe three, two or three. It is something that ended upi would, you know, i make so often that i'd probably already kind of semi developed it for years anyway.
