There are four kinds of causes, according to Aristotle. Cause is the cause that brings something into existence either relatively or in an absolute way. Form is what determines that the matter is this kind of thing rather than that kind of thing. Etymologically, substance doesn't at mean unde like it stands rig onands under. The final cause would be the final cause: your spare change or whatever you need for a day's work.
