Trama is one of those words that we use now, and it's over used. We just don't know the unique triggers that some one is experiencing right? Like i might go dip my toes in cold water, and just to me, that's like, oh, yo, that's uncomfortable. I don't want to get wet. And for some one else, it really could trigger some prior stuff,. Prior conditioning based on prior experiences, or things like that. That goway back to, like, you know, lower limbic system stuff that actually does bring up things. And so it we just don’t know. Or it kind of like staying stuck in sense,
