Think about an event diagram, another circle, just like the one life likes work. So you draw a circle and that's the work in the other management system is what's inside the circle. And so again, when you look at these five elements and you can see how they work together to create this environment. That's the way we managed the overall business site includes our shareholders, the stakeholders, the board of directors, the leadership team and then the process of the creating value roadmap and the business plan review.
