The Meaning of the Sabath

The meaning of the sabbath is to celebrate time rather than space. It is a day on which we are called upon to share in what is eternal, in time. A big part of unspoken aa, part of being a cosmologist is the mental toll that it takes on people. We neglect ourselves in self care and our mental health at our own peril.
