Hayek's Riese's Digest
There was this reader's digest edition that was published in the United States and that became a bestseller. It also introduces, surreptitiously, a little thing about socialism being anti-Christian - which Hayek would not have agreed with. So he did become enormously famous as a result of this condensation. There was also a set of, I think, 15 cartoons that were produced in another magazine and then which were published separately. General Motors distributed these cartoons which are a picture of people graduating actually succumbing to socialism and it ends up with them all being killed by a firing squad.
