The Pattern of Not Hearing Back on a Resume

Frank: There is a pattern that quickly became evident to me as I was opening these resumes. And so maybe we can talk through those patterns. Imagine you're Frank just asked for people to send submissions because we need to hire, let's say 10 people. He wakes up the next day and he has 500 links to 500 demo reels. That's 500 minutes worth of material. So there's a very finite amount of time. You don't necessarily look for reasons to keep watching a reel when you watch the first 10 seconds.
