The Paradox of Both-End Thinking

I think part of what you're arguing is that it's sort of more naturally comfortable to be in this way of thinking. And there's something inherently, you know, more difficult about both-end thinking. The alternative perspective is how do you notice? How do you recognize that actually your existing world is not going away anytime soon? You have to manage your existing world alongside your new innovative space in order for your organization to be successful.
