Property is the most important driver of China's growth; when you have problems in property, you're problems everywhere else as well. My suspicion is that in the years ahead, China faces a continued slowdown in growth but is China going to blow up? Is China going to have a kind of Lehman moment like the US did in 2008? I think the answer to that is probably no.
