The tupalif crew followed the air traffic control instruction to descend, and continued to do so even after t cast advised them to climb. This manoeuvre was performed contrary to the generated te cast resolution advisory. And the following systemic causes have been identified. The integration of a cast and t cast into the aviation system was insufficient and did not correspond in all points with the system philosophy. Operational and procedure dinstructions of the ta cast manufacture and the operators were not standardized. Incomplete and partially contradictory.
