China Is a Depoliticized Place
China is a de politicized place where there isn't mass participation. The idea that you can have depoliticization and reduce human decision making relies on technology to gather the right information sets in basic barometers. But i think we should be pretty sceptical of this claim, it doesn't actually work within china itself. It seems like in practice, what you actually have are fairly minimal programmes.
