The Future of Gene Therapy
I totally agree neurodegenergene is a space that feels like we're really starting to crack it open amyloid just as a starting point. I think we're going to increasingly see this convergence and collision of small molecule approaches for genetic diseases alongside other gene targeting modalities whether it's oligos, gene therapies, edits, primates, etc. And so patients are going to have lots of options that'll probably wind up bifurcating populations more and more for those who are comfortable with gene therapies and those who aren't.
