I am particularly committed to that in the black community and I really you know engage Buddhism or active activism within the Buddhist community. The other thing that came to me after functioning within the mental health system for many years was the growing or the dawning awareness that black folk continue to be enslaved in our mind. We have big hearts even when it's like not looking like it.
