The question was everybody, if I'm correct, he said, can't allocate my income in a unique way between these three states to save on Utah? The answer is no. If you are working in Arizona and you are saying, well, it's a 10, 99, my S-corps in Utah, Arizona does not care. You are earning money in Arizona. But right now, you're exposed in Arizona. Your S-corp better be registered in those two states and you're owing taxes in Arizona. Texas doesn't care. There's no state tax but still, you have liability exposure. So you're doing business in three states. That's what Matt should be
