The Lull on Cow Movement
They didn't know that a lot of people who were arrested in the Haja jail will get bitten up. That kind of really rattled them. So you find this almost what they would doing during the national movement or later during emergency, very apologetic tone. They are almost writing to Indira Gandhi saying that, addressing her sister, that no, we didn't do this. We got it wrong. And the movement completely disappears.
