Is There a Race Difference Between Blacks and Whites?

In no city was it true. We had idoknow, ten 15 cities by the time we finished that research. There are a lot more things about a police interaction than whether or not the person eventually has a weapon. That's comparing apples with cars, and i'd like to compare apples with apples. I don't understand why is that not irrelevant variable? It's incomplete.
