The Importance of Understanding the Property Market

In Sydney, back in 20 years ago, we'd live in our houses roughly around average around five years. That's doubled to around 10 years. So the turnover rate, the number of people selling per year is basically halved. And so that means there's a half a number of properties available to buy each year,. then there was, say, 20 years ago. We try and focus on those more sub aspirational gentrifying areas where just isn't the available land.
