Tick Tock and Cepheus vs. Oracle

Tick Tock offered to share details about its data procedures with Cepheus. The Interagency Government Committee is responsible for national security decisions. But the government wasn't interested in buying Tick Tock, which was one of Oracle's biggest cloud customers. National security officials aren't convinced by Project Texas' promised protections.
