The Remedy for System Failure

i messaged him a question. What remedies exist to what he describes as a system's failure? What can be done here? Look, i obviously don't claim ir se or i have a monopoly of wisdom on this, but i think the way to think about the remedy for system failure is in two buckets. One is a humanitarian bucket, and then the second is a geo political bucket. We argue that since half o the world's poorare in fragile and conflict states, half of the aide should go there. And we say that those guilty of war crimes need to be subject to the law.
