SMO2 in a High Intensity Interval Training

If we're doing a high intensity interval training type thing, yeah, we can consider three phases of an interval. In the first 90 seconds or so, VO2 increases very quickly on set kinetics, SMO2 decreases. Then we get into this steady state or relative steady state because in severe domain,. We know it's not exactly steady, but we're in kind of a pseudo steady state where SMO2 will kind of potentially balance out. And I want to come back to that point because sometimes in certain response profiles, it doesn't come to a balance.
