There's so much opportunity for people to be outside the organization. It's where those lines blur. And if they deadlock them come up. They're and they hire poorly. And i don't like them ther theyre doing their operations or sufting on. Icme, no, that drives me crazy. So you got to put, yy, set the ground rules for that.
