The personality trait of neuroticism is one of the biggest predictors of marital conflict. Are you an emotionally lavile, anxious, depressed person? It turns out that you're harder to live with and you have more conflict in your close ships. Then if you are a sunny, not prone to anxiety, m you know, a dispositionally easy personm, and i don't think that is surprising to anyone.

Michael speaks with University of Texas (Austin) professor of clinical psychology and Director of the Developmental Behavior Genetics Lab, Kathryn Paige Harden, about her book, The Genetic Lottery.
