The Russian State Is Coming Like a Gang
Wagner is a pretty opaque organization, but I get the sense that they probably don't have a very discussion plan. If someone can just emerge of their own and people say this guy is smarter than you are, then let's put him in power right now. So people cannot want to do that. And outside another force emerging inside the organization, it's very hard to see how we would continue this institution. Something we're going to see is rather than maybe Wagner surviving forever, you're going to seeing a further cracking up and decentralization of the Russian state around different figures and institutions.
