The Importance of Communication in Leadership

A man decided he was going to take both of these guys out for dinner. He wanted to see if that would help him decide which person he wanted to engage with. Everything went great, but there are two things that stood out to me. When you're looking for people who meet commitments and who understand leadership, the first thing is they have to be able to associate and communicate with people at their level.
