The Five Circles of Influence

The book is called The 100 x leader. It's the idea of intentional verses accidental leadership. Most leaders are accidental, because you just wake up do what's in front of you. To intentionally understand how to get people up to the next level means that you have to learn how to liberate people. Some people can be abdicating to themselves and dominating their family or a team. And maybe they'r liberating leader in the community because they get money at the boys and girls club.
