Central Banks Are Part of the Solution to Climate Change?

Central banks have seemingly taken up the gauntlet here and decided that they are going to be partly responsible for solving climate change. What do you make of that? What do you think, practically speaking, they can do, if anything? And is the fact that they are starting to make this one of their main talking points deflection, or is there genuinely something that central banks can do to contribute to chinese discussion?
