Inflation is buried down and food inflation is still at a really painful level. Has he actually been that more competent than his predecessors? Liz Truss being considered a complete anomaly in blip let's forget about her but Boris Johnson let's say has he really been that much more competent there? I think the one very thin silver lining on this horrible news that will badly impact millions of people in the UK is that for now at least it looks like Sunak is missing the open goal he set himself.
