NHS England's Letter to ICBs Boosting Capacity
NHS England has written to integrated care boards, ICBs, setting out a framework for them to offer support. The letter says NHS England wants to work out as a matter of urgency where any extra capital investment in general practice could be most effective this winter. But it's notable that the letter from NHS England doesn't in any way guarantee new money.
