I Can't Do My Work Because I've Been Shunned by My Boss
If you are angry, nothing will sink in. You think, I've got that boss, so I can't work. That would be the teleological way of looking at it. So there's a couple of complex terms there, teleology, etiological. But it does seem that there's somewhat a step of compassion or maybe empathy missing. It is your responsibility and it's up to you. This is where the courage to be to select the title will somewhat come in soon.
