Is Facebook Using Emojis to Disclose Vaccines?

Facebook has removed over 27 million pieces of content that violated their COVID-19 misinformation policy. Facebook also says that groups will be removed if they instruct or encourage users to employ code words when discussing vaccines, but this rule does not specifically talk about the use of emojis and misinformation. There are groups right now at Facebook that are most definitely violating the rules, but they remain in place because of the coded language that they're using.
