The church is almost like a breeding ground for predatorial behavior. There's not a real reporting system to trap abusers within the s b c ally. A pastor that allows them to leave out the back door quietly to avoid a scandal also doesn't call ahead and find out what church he moves to mand do any kind of follow up to alert that church.
