What Kind of Virtues Do We Really Need?
There's a push, you know, by a number of people to return to a kind of virtue ethics. If we're looking at the classical virtues, they've already been tested a against smaller problems and haven't really helped stave them off or resolve them. And for me, that's a ver sion of the way i think about virtue in general - reciprocal adjustment between classes of values.
