The Importance of a Conversation About Gender Equality
I definitely had emails saying oh my goodness there are too many women running the business. I've done a whole weird series of jobs and none of none of them very plans so I'm always slightly embarrassed whenoh my god all the things are done. There would maybe sort of three distinct phases which has sort of linked in a sense how much sort of control or how much influence I've been able to have with that makes sense. So as obviously as I don't know how many of you have ever worked for the civil service or guffmilled disagree I'm I'm sure we're going to have to make some of these arguments a fresh.
