For me, often after a big seven-day, five-day block, or even a three-day, back-to-back, long-run stimulus for athletes, perhaps training for 100, I often do aerobic rebuild weekdays. So my body forced the punk ass bitch phase onto me, but probably because of my concerns. Like in retrospect, this was probably some low-lying inflammation, nervous system fatigue that I should have listened to.
