What's Next for Steve Long?
Steve Long talks about his new YouTube channel, smart group training and more. He also reveals what's next for him after shutting down the big gym in Louisville. "I still do putting out content and just kind of sharing what I'm learning," he says.
Steve Long has been in the fitness industry for almost 20 years now, and according to him, still feels like a dumbass on a weekly to daily basis when working with clients.
This feeling drives him to continually learn more, to be able to help his clients, and share some of the best nuggets that he picks up along the way with other training professionals.
Like anyone who’s been in the industry for a while, I too have had my share of ups and downs.
Because trust me – nothing will put you on an emotional rollercoaster like owning your own business!
