You've been able to identify yourself as being in a codependent situation. How do we move back to a healthy level of interdependency and dependence with that person? Healing a relationship from codependency is going to take time because it's like separating out someone's addiction to youyou know fighting against your addiction to them all of that is exhausting, neurologically very difficult. The first step I think I would always recommend is to get some outside help or an outside and objective perspective on the issue at hand.
