Don't be too busy in attack bureaucracy. Tactically, how can we do that? Well, you know, I saw that very much because when we were a startup, like my mom's kitchen table, having a very small office. It was very much out there in the customers world. But as we became bigger, they had thousands of employees. Suddenly, like almost silos came in, processes. And then we forget the real customer. That's what it's all about. All the ideas are there, your sense of purpose is there. It's all where the customer is and yet we get so focused internally.
