The Bitcoin Infrastructure Business in 2023
I view the Bitcoin data center business, the Bitcoin infrastructure business today in 2023 being almost exactly like the internet business in 2003. I'm just very confident that there's not gonna be a substantially higher economic opportunity over this next 20 years than having a few AI stock prices. And so from a risk management and value-oriented perspective, I think it might be more like 1998 for Google or 2003 for Bitcoin. That said, if Bitcoin tends to do what it does almost every cycle, and that is appreciate in fiat terms and in an sort of exponential, explosive way, then for periods of time, say 12 to 18 months, these businesses are literally printing money.
