Is Layer Zero a Protocol?

YOC: I've voiced skepticism about the omnichain future. But layer zero has done, which we thought was extremely innovative and why we wanted to go with this approach is they built in a messaging layer. So you're not necessarily using a bridge, you're not putting your assets somewhere else. And that messaging layer then says, hold on, this asset's no longer sitting on Ethereum. It is now sitting on Polygon. What does that mean for us? That means that we can have a NFT that is state-aware. It can know that it is on thethereum chain today. If we move it onto a different chain, well maybe the attributes of that NFT
